A world-renowned tourist attraction in Penticton is receiving some provincial funding. Environment Minister Barry Penner announced close to 11 million dollars in funding for upgrades to B-C Parks infrastructure and the Skaha Bluffs are getting a portion of that money. The Bluffs' grant will go towards construction of an entrance road and parking for the proposed provincial park. The climbing area has been the subject of a major fundraising effort this year.
