Housing Starts in Penticton Showing Upward Trend

It's a positive start to the year for new housing in Penticton.

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation's Market Analyst Paul Fabri says numbers so far this year are better than the previous year.

Fabri says there were 3 single detached and 6 multiple starts last month. 

He notes most Okanagan centres stats were a lot stronger this year than 2009.
